Biography

Growing up in Springfield, MO, I had many opportunities to pursue my love and talent of music. At a young age I began playing the piano. In middle school I began playing the cello. While in high school I participated in the orchestra, school choir, and various other honor choirs in the mid-west. While participating in these groups, I won several awards. It was during this time that I developed an interest in writing and recording my own music.

This was the jumping off point for me. I soon started to invest my time and money into microphones, mixing consoles, and computers. Throughout high school I recorded various bands and artists in my basement. During this time I began to develop my ear for mixing and arranging. After high school I interned at a local recoding studio, Studio 2100 based in Springfield, MO.

I realized that if I wanted to excel in my vocation, I would have to go to a trade school to develop my craft. I enrolled at Full Sail Real World Education in Winter Park, FL where I learned from some of the most accomplished engineers and worked on some of the best consoles in the industry.

Now, living in Brooklyn, NY, I am eager to take on new challenges and be apart of an industry that I am so infatuated with.
